Town on the Trail of Borderland Cultures

It serves as a cultural base, sports and leisure facilities as well as hotel and catering. Moreover, it acts as the future center of logistics and information for projects related to the development of tourism and recreation in the region.

Within a city of Bilgoraj, arises a town presenting the architecture, culture and society model  characteristic for the reaches of south-eastern Poland from the turn of the 19th and 20th century. The project is intended to protect the still existing monuments of wooden architecture and to reconstruct the buildings preserved only in verbal communication but characteristic for contemporary urban life.

The architectural patterns were taken from buildings’ structures located in Bilgoraj and other towns borderland: Goraj, Tomaszow Lubelski, Tworyczow, Spiczynce, Rudka and others.

The motto of the investment is to create a living organism, which on one hand will help to keep the testimony of prewar borderlands, and on the other hand will become an attractive area suitable to live.
